One-hour consultations and block-of-hours services are advisory in nature and do not include project management, construction management, site supervision, or oversight of contractors or trades.

The Designer is not responsible for the performance, quality, installation, workmanship, safety, durability, code compliance, or suitability of any products, fixtures, finishes, materials, structural components, building systems, or work completed by contractors, trades, suppliers, manufacturers, or other third parties.

All recommendations are based on the information available to the Designer at the time of the consultation and are subject to Client verification. The Client is solely responsible for implementing recommendations, engaging qualified professionals, and verifying all measurements, site conditions, technical requirements, and applicable requirements prior to construction, purchasing, or installation.

The Designer’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific consultation or block of hours.
